Too often, opportunities to unlock value through development are overlooked or not fully maximised. With any opportunity, the first thing I look for is where I can add value. With a background in mechanical engineering, I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, breaking them down and rebuilding them better. I take a detail-oriented approach and enjoy finding ways to unlock potential that may not be immediately obvious.
